IZASKUN GOÑI RAZQUIN. She holds a Degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in International Business Law from the University of Pau, as well as training in management, digitalisation and new technologies. She is fluent in four languages: Basque, Spanish, English and French. She began her professional career in the field of Industry, as Export Manager at Docuworld, in Oiartzun, and as the General Manager of a data management company on Bizkaia Technology Park for 8 years. Her position as Director General for Business Policy, International Projection and Employment in the Government of Navarra between 2015 and 2023 and as a Director in various public companies for economic promotion and infrastructure stand out on her CV. During this period, it should be highlighted the preparation and management of industrial and international trade plans, as well as the regional management of European cohesion funds. In 2024, she joined SRT Automotive as a consultant and she has also held the position of Non-Executive Chairwoman at the French start-up NHOD Industries from October 2024. Since 2017, she has actively participated in the Executive Committee of the NAEN - New Aquitaine-Basque Country-Navarra Euroregion, working on cross-border logistics collaboration projects and attracting European funds.
Director:
DAVID CANDELARIO IPARRAGUIRRE. Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals and Ports) from the Santander School of Roads, Canals and Ports since March 2004. He has studied a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, covering three specialities (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics and Psycho-sociology between 2006 and 2007) and a Master’s Degree in Business Management - Executive MBA from Deusto University - ESTE in 2008. From 2004 to 2009, he worked in the construction sector. In 2009, he joined the workforce at Pasaia Port Authority as Head of the Infrastructures Department. From 2017 to 2019, he was the Head of the Sustainability Projects Department. From August 2019 to July 2021, he was the Head of the Port Services and Infrastructures Area and has been appointed Director of Pasaia Port Authority in July 2021.
