Since 2015, the Pasaia Fishing Area has had an infrastructure of approximately 25,000 square metres, adapted so that its own fleet and fleets from other ports can disembark and sell their catches comfortably, quickly making them available to customers.
The main activity of our fish market is the first sale or auction, where the sellers of fresh fish can sell their goods to wholesalers and retailers authorised by the Port Authority to carry out this activity. Likewise, all of these interest groups are required to comply with and respect that established in the regulations of the Basque Autonomy Community and in the Regulations of the Fish Market.

Our facilities currently have 80 parking spaces for light trucks and 6 spaces for 15 metre trucks, all available to the companies who use our facilities on a daily basis . These companies also benefit from the services associated with fishing that we offer:
However, the most remarkable feature of this modern fish market is its integration with the urban environment and it being open to the public; the building will feature green areas, commercial spaces and more than one hundred parking spaces for public use. In this way, in addition to reviving the local economy, we are improving our coexistence with our surroundings.
